What a 4G rotating proxy is

A 4G rotating proxy is a login that sends your traffic out through a real phone on a mobile carrier. The site at the far end sees that phone’s carrier IP. When the phone reconnects, the carrier hands out a new public address. Many phones share the carrier’s address space, so the exit looks like ordinary phone traffic rather than a hosting range.

The word 4G names the radio family people search for. On JesusProxy the phone uses 5G or LTE depending on the signal at that moment. LTE is the 4G radio. You are buying a US carrier exit and a way to change the address, not a single radio generation.

Your browser or script still connects with a host, a port, a username, and a password. JesusProxy checks that login, then the phone opens the site. A plain explanation of the path is in what a mobile proxy is. This page is about when the carrier address changes, and what stays the same while it does. The same phones are the product on USA mobile proxies.

Three ways to rotate your IP on JesusProxy

Private is the plan that lets you choose the moment. You can open a rotation link, call the API, or leave a timer running. Share does not offer those controls. Its address changes on its own, and there is no rotation link.

Rotation link

The rotation link is a URL from your dashboard. Open it in a browser, or request it from a script, and the phone starts a new carrier session. A new IP takes about 20–45 seconds. Host, port, username, and password stay the same, so the tool you already saved does not need a new setup.

Use the link between tasks. If you are signed in to an account, finish that task before you ask for a new address. The phone has to reconnect before the new address is ready, which is why the wait is about 20–45 seconds rather than immediate.

curl "ROTATION_LINK"

API

The API is the same control, started from your own code instead of a browser tab. You can order, rotate, and manage proxies from code. Authentication, request shape, and examples live on the API documentation. This page does not invent endpoint names. Use the paths printed there.

A rotation from code is still a manual rotation. Unlimited manual rotations, with at least 2 minutes between rotation requests. If another request goes out inside that gap, wait and send it after two minutes have passed. The new address is ready in about 20–45 seconds. The call itself is not the moment the carrier address changes.

Timer

The timer asks for a new IP on a schedule you pick: every 5, 15, 30, or 60 minutes. It is Private only. The host, port, and login stay the same between ticks. A short timer fits jobs that should see a fresh carrier address often, such as checking how an ad looks or spreading a series of page views. A long timer, or no timer, fits a session you want to keep still.

The timer does not skip the reconnect. Each change still takes about 20–45 seconds. Leave a logged-in account off a 5-minute timer if that account should stay on one address while you work. You can also rotate your mobile IP yourself with the link or the API and leave the timer off.

Rotating vs sticky: when to change the IP

Rotating and sticky describe how long you keep one exit. Sticky means you leave the phone on the current carrier address. Rotating means you ask for a different one, or you let Share change it for you. The login does not decide this. You do, by using the link, the API, or the timer, or by leaving them alone.

Keep one IP for work that depends on continuity. A signed-in social account, a checkout, a form, and a support chat all go better when the site sees the same phone from start to finish. Change the IP between those sessions, not in the middle of one.

Rotate when the job is a series of separate looks. Ad checks, price checks, and research visits often want a fresh carrier view for the next request. Spreading those requests across addresses is a normal use of rotating mobile proxies. It does not change the rules of the site you are opening.

A practical split is simple. One important account stays on one Private phone for the session. When that session is done, rotate your mobile IP, wait about 20–45 seconds, and start the next session. Share is the other pattern: you accept automatic changes and you do not hold the address still.

The same idea shows up in searches for a rotating proxy in general. Here the new address comes from a US carrier phone, over 5G or LTE depending on signal, and the host and password you saved do not change. The setup path, from your tool to the SIM, is on how it works.

4G, LTE or 5G?

Buyers ask whether these are 4G, LTE, or 5G proxies. The phone connects on 5G or LTE depending on the signal at that phone. We do not promise that every session will be on 5G. The search phrase 4G rotating proxies still fits, because LTE is the 4G radio and the exit is a real carrier IP.

For most jobs the IP type matters more than the radio generation. A site sees a mobile carrier address. It does not see a label for which generation carried the packet. If the tower is on LTE, the session is LTE. If the tower is on 5G, the session is 5G. You do not pick the generation in the dashboard.

Coverage is USA only, on T-Mobile and Verizon. The states are Connecticut, Georgia, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Virginia. There is no city targeting on this product. A comparison of a mobile exit with a home-internet exit is in the mobile proxy vs residential proxy guide.

Private vs Share rotation

Both plans are US carrier IPs on T-Mobile and Verizon. The difference is who else uses the phone, and whether you choose when the address changes.

Private

$6for 1 day

$35 for 7 days · $110 for 30 days

1 physical SIM and 1 phone, dedicated to you. You choose link, API, or timer.

Choose Private if…

  • You want to rotate on demand and keep the same host, port, and login.
  • You want HTTP and SOCKS5 together, plus OpenVPN and WireGuard files.
  • The session should stay on a phone that only you use.

Private rotation is the product people mean by 4G rotating proxies with a rotation link. On Private that phone is a dedicated mobile proxy. Share is automatic rotation on a shared phone, from $3 for 1 day. Neither plan has a data limit, which means unlimited bandwidth on the proxy itself. We recommend 1 device at a time for best results. That is a recommendation for a clean session.

Connect with HTTP, SOCKS5, OpenVPN or WireGuard

Copy the host, port, username, and password from My Proxies after the plan is active. Private includes both HTTP and SOCKS5, with a separate login for each, plus OpenVPN and WireGuard config files. Share includes one protocol, HTTP or SOCKS5. The proxy is active immediately after payment.

curl -x http://USERNAME:PASSWORD@HOST:PORT https://ipinfo.io/json
curl -x socks5h://USERNAME:PASSWORD@HOST:PORT https://ipinfo.io/json

Replace the placeholders with the values from your dashboard. Either line shows the carrier address the phone is using right now. On Private, the rotation link is a third line you already have in My Proxies. Username and password on Private can be edited at any time. No IP whitelisting is required.

OpenVPN and WireGuard files are for a whole device, such as a phone you want on the same carrier exit. HTTP and SOCKS5 are for a browser or a script that already has a proxy setting. Use the protocol the tool accepts. The files and the logins are on the same Private order.

What people use rotating mobile proxies for

Teams use a rotating mobile proxy when the next task should see a US phone, and when they want to decide whether that phone keeps its current address. Follow each platform’s terms.

  • Social account work, with an Instagram proxy, a TikTok proxy, and a Twitter (X) proxy for accounts you manage. Keep the IP steady during a signed-in session, and rotate between accounts.
  • Ad verification, so you can see what a US mobile user is shown on the next check.
  • Testing apps and sites from a US mobile network, including a phone connected with the Private VPN file.
  • Market research that needs a US carrier view of a page, one visit at a time.

One Private phone per important account is the safer pattern. Share fits a short check where automatic rotation is acceptable. A carrier IP can still be noticed. Read can mobile proxies be detected for the plain explanation. It is not a way to hide rule-breaking, and it is not a promise that an account will stay in good standing.

Uptime is listed as 99.99%. That figure is not a service-level promise. Locations stay inside the seven states above. We recommend 1 device at a time for best results so the session stays consistent with one phone.

4G rotating proxy pricing

Prices are the full period in USD, not a rate per gigabyte. You add wallet funds with crypto or PayPal, then buy the plan from that balance. Auto-renew is off by default. You renew from the dashboard when you want more time.

Share and Private prices
DurationSharePrivate
1 day$3$6
7 days$20$35
30 days$65$110

The $3 / 1-day Share plan is the low-cost way to try. Private starts at $6 for 1 day, is $35 for 7 days, and is $110 for 30 days. There is no data limit on either plan. Refund requests are accepted within 7 days of purchase, for eligible cases only. Read the refund policy before you buy.

Look at what is included when you compare plans. Private includes the rotation link, the API, and the timer, plus HTTP and SOCKS5 together and the VPN files. Share includes automatic rotation and one protocol. The live cards are on the pricing page.

FAQ

What is a 4G rotating proxy?

A 4G rotating proxy is a mobile carrier IP that changes when you ask it to, or on a timer. On JesusProxy the exit is a real US phone on T-Mobile or Verizon, over 5G or LTE depending on signal. Host, port, and login stay the same while the carrier address changes.

How do I change the IP?

On Private, open the rotation link, call the API, or set a timer of 5, 15, 30, or 60 minutes. A new IP takes about 20–45 seconds. Share rotates automatically and does not include a rotation link.

Does my login change when the IP rotates?

No. Host, port, username, and password stay the same. Only the carrier address at the phone changes, so the tool you already configured does not need a new setup.

How often can I rotate?

On Private you can rotate on demand by link or API, or on a timer of 5, 15, 30, or 60 minutes. Unlimited manual rotations, with at least 2 minutes between rotation requests. Each new IP takes about 20–45 seconds.

Is it 4G or 5G?

It is 5G or LTE depending on the signal at the phone. LTE is the 4G radio. We do not promise that every session will be on 5G.

Rotating or sticky: which do I need?

Keep one IP for logged-in sessions, checkouts, and account work. Rotate between those tasks when you want a fresh carrier view, such as an ad check or a new research visit. Sticky is what you get when you leave the link, API, and timer alone.

Can mobile proxies be detected?

Some checks can still tell that traffic came from a mobile network. A carrier IP is not a way to hide the session. The longer explanation is in the article on whether mobile proxies can be detected.

How much does a mobile proxy cost?

Share is $3 for 1 day, $20 for 7 days, and $65 for 30 days. Private is $6 for 1 day, $35 for 7 days, and $110 for 30 days. Prices are the full period in USD.

Is a proxy server illegal?

A proxy server is generally legal to own and use. Your use still has to follow the law and the rules of each site you open. This page is not legal advice.
